我是中国精神控制人体实验的受害人王焰，今天是2016年7  月15  日，上午10  时  30分，我现在的位置在我的家乡安徽省安庆市潜山县，以现身说法的形式向世界人民汇报我的近况：

我原是江苏南京73211部队退伍的残疾军人（强直性脊柱炎），在我27岁的2007年被相关权力组织（610办公室）人造了冤假错案，将记载着我的当兵历史、人生履历、伤残认定等重要人事档案秘密销毁，并锁定为精神控制人体实验的受害人，牺牲品，多次被潜山县公安局强制关押安庆市精神病医院虐待折磨，权力组织使用的核心手段是利用警察（执法者）身份丑化妖魔化受害人是杀人犯、贪污犯或精神病等煽动社会孤立歧视刁难侮辱等迫害，加上暗中在油盐米饮食里内放置慢性毒药残害，同时配合24小时立体监控的读心术，长期作用可导致受害人被精神病、抑郁、自杀、病死、癌死，甚至十来年全家因慢性毒药残害而陆续死亡的恐怖下场。实质上形成了类似于日本731的秘密人体实验。

由于视频时间的关系，只能简单地录制到这里，希望得到世界各国领导包括美国的奥巴马总统、英国的卡梅伦首相（这几天已辞职）、德国的默克尔总理，以及人权组织的高度关注，并呼吁中国立即停止并公开这种严重的侵犯人权的秘密材料。

我不敢相信，在当今信息发达的今天，还有国家和政府如此肆无忌惮的拿人的活体生命做实验，我更不敢相信，全世界的人民由于难以公开对抗一个从事秘密谋杀的政府（国家权力），于是大家会装作一切都很正常(Because of the difficulty of open confrontation in a secret murder of government, so they pretend everything is normal)。
