in sports which Asians excel like Badminton, table tennis and weight lifting, the rules have been constantly modified to minimize the advantage of Asian athletes so to give other people a chance to win also. However, in sports which Western countries are dominant like tennis, soccer, basketball and swimming, no similar talk was ever engaged. I remember when some people suggested to make the tennis ball a little bigger so to lower the chance from the taller player to serve A's. It was strongly rebutted and is eventually abandoned. Personally, I never buy in their so called for "Fair play".
