color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">”</span><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">，以此来表示新中国取得的成绩，显示国民党统治的糟糕，而就这个成绩而言，这的确是人类历史上惊人的伟大成绩，以前要提高这样的幅度需化时间是按千年计的，一个社会政治组织执政的政权，一个新政府能取得这样巨大的成绩它究竟做了什么？是否有了历史里程碑意义的创造和发明？但是无论谁去寻找这个创造发明都是找不到的，因为是没有，可见到的只是新中国是基本上沿习苏联的管治模式，而且政治上动荡不已，有左反右反的政治运动而发生的杀戮，有大饥荒造成的饿殍数千万，文革的武斗仇杀等等都使到非正常死亡的人口时常暴增，这却是减少了新中国的人口平均寿命的。</span></p><p style="font-family: 宋体; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">49</span><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">年前数十年来得到多个国家的金钱武器粮食医药等等的援助已成了习惯，新中国刚成立时，这时期西方的文明正席卷全球无坚不摧，并且风头正劲，这时，特别是其能够挽救人的生命和保护人体健康的西方医学和医药设备的文明，是所有的落后国家特别是在安定发展中的国家无法抗拒的，新中国成立后，西方的医学、医疗、医药、设备及其传染病的预防、文明卫生的生活习惯等等，被加速吸收而在剧烈地改变新中国，掀起了大规模群众性的爱国卫生运动，移风易俗，扫荡了中国古老的陋规恶习，那时的说卫生、爱清洁口号就沿用至今，从此大大地改变了中国社会的医疗卫生状况，降低了疾病和死亡率，例如传统上造成产妇和婴儿死亡率很高的接生婆接生，其一盆开水，几块反复用的脏布和生锈的剪刀而导致感染率很高的情况得到了避免。</span></p><p style="font-family: 宋体; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 26px; background: white;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">抗菌药的应用能够将二战之后威胁人类生命的绝大部分疾病都抵御和遏制住了，人类终于结束了面对病原菌束手无策的日子，能够有把握地战胜多数危险的疾病，大幅度地降低了死亡率，开创了战胜和压制病魔的历史，</span></strong><strong>这是美国英国等等先进国家为代表的西方医学文明的发明创造使世界人口平均寿命延长了２０年，</strong><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">这就是新中国人口平均寿命突然增加的真相，因为在今天看来没什么危险的疾病如伤寒、肺炎、肺结核、脑膜炎、痢疾、疟疾、猩红热、白喉和流感等等较常发生的疾病，在抗菌素发现之前都是轻易夺命的可怕疾病，现在还有很多老年人是肺结核的痊愈者，老人们都记得以前人们的短命，人们是如何容易突然地从人间消失，孩子不易养大，孙子长大难见到祖父祖母辈，能三代同堂的很少，试想像一下，如果今天仍是这样早早没有了祖父祖母甚至父母是多么可怕，多么遗憾，人的生命是无价的，可见抗菌素的发现和制造是何等的伟大。可以设想，即使在今天，如果取消了抗菌素的应用，世界的人口平均寿命肯定就要减少</span><span style="font-family: Arial;
