Tejas drag chute early jettison incident at LIMA 19
The HAL Tejas flew its first public day demonstration at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition on Mar. 29. For some unknown reason, the drag chute was jettisoned a few seconds after deployment.
This lead to a delay in the flying display program as the recovery crew from the RMAF had to drive down the runway to collect back the chute. |
