1. Recognition of the People's Republic of China as the sole legitimate representation of China. Agree to discuss the details on replacing ROC seat with PRC in UN 2. Accept that Taiwan is integral part of China 3. Accept PRC into the peace treaty with Japan. (Think about 钓鱼岛， 琉球， 赔款， 南海） 4. UN will call for an international conference to discuss all these matters, and other important issue that matters to China. 5. China agree cease fire and restore the 38 parallel division. |
