It's late now. I'll try to explain here tomorrow. In a nutshell, you can say that all the intended targets are doomed once the DF-15A, DF-21D, DF-26, (also true for DF-31, 31A, DF-41, DF-5B) are launched, unless you can stop them before or shortly after launch. But that's something like talking about fairy tales.
