If the government borrow any passage for war purpose, how can they stand up before the world. Borrowing a passage is not the intention, the hidden one is to control China. The book Mencius has warned Chinese government from the history to do that. If the government dare to do it, I declare they are the enemy of chinese people. I am serious.
