美国自己没有成功预测到自己的国力是否能扛得住这两场战争。这是今天各位专家正在评论的局势的根本原因。

中国专家的预测如果是建立在排除美国经济真实实力以外的事实上，实际上是完全真确的。即是出现了由于美国经济上的败落导致“牛专家”现在用来作为批评别人的依据的局势，那也只能证明一条预测的目的：预则立！

而美国，过高估地计了自己的经济实力和“盟友”的关系（别人可以帮助买单），导致了不能实现战略目的，也证明了另一条不预测的结果：不预则废。

牛专家应该知道美国要绞杀所有“老二”的宣言：“Our first objective is to prevent the re-emergence of a new rival, either on the territory of the former Soviet Union or elsewhere, that poses a threat on the order of that posed formerly by the Soviet Union. This is a dominant consideration underlying the new regional defense strategy and requires that we endeavor to prevent any hostile power from dominating a region whose resources would, under consolidated control, be sufficient to generate global power.”
