you would know how convenient the high speed rail is. But if you ever lived in US, especially the west coast, you would also know how useless the railway would be:-) If they can not even make the caltrain work, a high speed rail between LA and SF is only going to be a joke. High speed rail between LA and San Diego? who is going to use it?
