有的律师认为是A. 俺的律师讲这里的70%其实就是quorum。 A quorum must be present at the shareholder meeting for a decision to be binding. The typical quorum consists of more than half of the outstanding shares of the corporation. For my company, it was defined as 70% when the company was established.
