complete ignorance. Terrorist is a subjective description of enemy combatant. Likewise for "Traitor". Terrorist to one and hero to other. During American independent war, the Brit could called soldiers of the continental army terrorists or traitors too. So could the Hilter to US soldiers fighting in covert operations.
