in tears when I read the news (be a father myself, I was in unbearable pain). Stop blaming game. Start to ask ourself, what should we do in such situation. What would we do when we see a kid playing/wandering on the street? Do we drive with safty in mind all the time? When we see somebody get hurt, how should we react?  As parents, do we pay more attention to our jobs, buzziness or our families & our kids? As web surfers like us, do we have fundamental human dignity or just political agenda? Or just easily blame one bad case.
