Nobody's life is perfect, especially in China when so many people compete for limited resources. If 张磊 use the troubles he encountered as excuse to refuse to help poor Chinese and prefer to choose the rich ones overseas to help, he can do it. But most of the money he made in China, doesn't belong to him.  He took the share of other poor chinese people due to the unjust income allocation system. In any country high income has to be reallocated by paying high tax(cost at leat half of income), but not in China right now. He is a shame and a HIV virus,That is it.
