新冠是一个RNA病毒，RNA没法做人工基因改变，只有先变成DNA， 变成了DNA之后，改1100碱基？？什么目的？？ 毫无道理。就算是改完了你还得把整个DNA再变成RNA再侵入动物寄主细胞，或者要加一个可以在动物体内表达的启动子序列，转入动物寄主细胞。

最危险的一个是武汉病毒所和美国北卡大学一起做的一个病毒崁合体，SHC014-MA15 chimeric virus， 可以感染人，这个实验首先按照美国NIH的规定进行，结果发表在2015年的 世界顶级的《自然》杂志。第二，这个新病毒的序列和新冠2019的差别比以前那个蝙蝠的病毒还大，大于6000个碱基的不同。
