关于这项试验,是这样介绍的: To the below a bullet disintegrates as it collides with an armored plate. This bullet and armor plate show an example of an inelastic collision. This type of collision is one in which the kinetic energy is not conserved. A .30 caliber bullet weighing 1.5 x 10-2 kgs is travelling at 575.0 m/s. To derive the amount of kinetic energy in the bullet we use the equation K= 1/2 mv2. This tells us that the total Kinetic energy = 1/2(1.5 x 10-2 kgs)( 575.0 m/s)2= 2480J
我使用的弹栽钢球时0.1公斤(二两)如果以551米/秒在空气中运行的极限速度撞击航母,则: Kinetic energy = 1/2(0.1kgs)( 551.0 m/s)2= 15180J 其动能为上述子弹的6倍。 |
