did not enter Harvard law school through preferential  treatment? I had seen an African American being accepted into harvard law with GPA about 2.8, I also knew someone who is a minority with gpa of 3.0 and standford literally begged him to apply its law school. At MIT, I had seen some minority grad students with undergrad gpa of 2.7. I can give you a few more of those examples from my own personal encounters alone.
