Theodore Roosevelt, which has been undergone RCOH (Refueling and Comples Overhaul) from August 29, 2009 and to be completed in December, 2012, the total available carriers are still 10 only. But if you deduct CVN-72, Abraham Lincoln, which is scheduled to begin RCOH right now, you get 9 available carriers in total again.
