公司还有A shares，B shares，C shares，preferred shares 等。Some have voting power, others don't. 按照上面的写法是不是non-voting shares也算。
另外C shares are what we say common shares. Some companies may set A share or B share equal to a number of C shares. This is going to be a big trap。 原来给你写章程的是个马大哈。我可以想象里面还有一大堆问题。 现在最重要的是你们原来按A还是按B操作。如果万一搞上法庭就要看判例。 |
