I don't think his talk is very bad. First the talk sent strong message to Chinese that the U.S.A are going to pursue the destruction of Strong China. their strategies are familiar, like human rights, democracy, support of dissident. They are going to invented more. It is time for all Chinese to united as One to defeat such a menace. Second He is quite sure tell U.S that Japan and India are not a match for China. As part of the strategies, U.S. are trying to boost India to counter China. A strong India is not the interest of Singapore, either China. It is more fun to westle with the U.S.
