of "Soft" power. I don't like Hard vs soft power. there are things between soft and hard power. Full naval battle with Submarine sinking Ships is Hard power. Hospital ship responding to humanitarian destasters is soft power. Intervention with military force in anti-piracy is somewhat between. |
