Sea Denial. It may not have aircraft carriers. But in Yellow, East, and cose to hainan and guangdong. It can sink alot of ship very quickily. and have alot of good submarines which will cost alot of people alot of headaches. Now PLAN want to conduct sea control missions also with new destroyers and aircraft carriers.
