I've said it before: using one's position at work to commit rape is a phenomenon that's almost unique to India. In most other parts of the world, it's extremely rare to see police officers, doctors, security guards, or other professionals rape people while on duty. Indians seem to have no sense of professional ethics whatsoever. Calling them a nation of rapists or human beasts would not be an exaggeration.
