to load some. How about GMXR? I see its preferred share offering not really a bad news, as it is going to raise the needed cash anyway. If GMXR can survives in 2 years, it could get it refinanced the debt, and buy back some preferred shares, if Natural Gas price goes up. Of course it is riskier play than SD.
