2) mid layer wafer production
   江苏中能 has installed capacity 2Gw, margin 25%
   江西赛维(LDK)has installed capacity 2.3Gw, margin 28%

3) down stream: cell and modules production.  paper thin margin.
   江西赛维(LDK) has installed capacity 600 MW. will be 3Gw by 2011.
