Mandatory labeling of genetically engineered (GE) foods in the United States has been proposed, but not enacted, at the national, state, and local levels up to date. There is NO federal law while 14 states are debating right now for such law (Mandatory labeling GM foods).

By the way, do you have any data to back up your claim that only the poor eats GE foods? If NOT, shut the F up. You become even more annoying than Heyman (He actually has his cute side). As long as they eat burgers etc. from fast food chain, ....... everybody here knows what that means but you, I guess.
