Standard Patient Care不是在你观念里特有的Special Individual Patient Care. It has Nothing to do with whether the patient can afford it, whether the patient has insurance or whether the hospital can receive reimbursement. It is about patient Care. Fortunately, majority of the hospitals in the States work that way.
