@KISLAY ANAND Defence budget crosses Rs 3 lakh crore figure, with 6.8% increase from last yr, however rupee depreciated 12%, and IAF needs to pay Rafale with USD, this made IAF has less money but with higher price, nearly $9 billion  36 Rafale. 

Rs 3 lakh is $42 billion, have of it are salary and pension, only $ 21 billion left for the total of more 1 million military, share equally to army, navy and air, total funding for training and weapon for IAF only $7 billion,  not even enough for total 36 Rafale.
