黄台仰曾利用扩音器“指挥”示威者 原标题：“港独”分子黄台仰赴印度被拒签
鼓吹“港独”的香港“本土民主前线”（本民前）发言人黄台仰早前高调宣称，将赴印度达赖寓所出席一个有多名“藏独”、“台独”及“疆独”人士参与的国际性青年会议，但他24日通过社交媒体透露，申请的旅客电子签证被拒签。
据香港东网消息，被控暴动罪的黄台仰早前向法庭申请于本月26日至下月5日离港，但他24日在“脸书”发布截图称，印度领事馆通过电邮通知其电子签证申请被拒，同时没有解释原因。不过，获邀出席同一会议的另一名“本民前”发言人梁天琦，其电子签证申请则获批。
截图显示，黄台仰的电子签证申请被拒，但亦标明可通过其他手续申请正常的访印签证（Regular visa）。黄台仰称，申请正常签证必须用护照，但他的护照正被法庭扣押，最快要到26日才能取回，很可能会耽误行程。
黄台仰称，因时间有限，决定花2000多港元找代办公司办理紧急签证，并称“求神拜佛，唔好唔批（不要不批）”。
据 观察者网此前报道，黄台仰和梁天琦早前获邀到印度达赖寓所，为第11届“族群青年领袖研习营”担任演讲者。香港《文汇报》称，“研习营”由敌视中央政府及 国家的组织举办，历届参与者包括“疆独”和“藏独”分子等，以颠覆国家政权为目的。黄台仰当时称他将提到“香港受中国殖民”，并希望认识“真分离分子”。
据悉，达赖喇嘛届时亦会出席，去年在美国华盛顿举办的第10届“研习营”，达赖也曾发表书面致辞。香港“学联”前任秘书长周永康、罗冠聪等人也曾参加去年的活动。
黄 台仰出生于1993年，大年初二香港旺角暴乱前，他曾利用扩音器“指挥”示威者。事后，他还在网上发布录音叫嚣“宁为玉碎，不作瓦全”，之后便没有露面。 2月21日黄台仰被捕， 警方曾在其家中搜出警棍、护甲、电磁炮、面具、可制造炸药的化学药品等。控方在庭上指出，黄台仰是旺角暴乱的牵头人物。
2月23日，法庭批准黄台仰保释，案件押后至3月22日再提堂。3月22日，黄台仰获准继续保释，并被允离港赴印。期间，黄台仰、梁天琦曾在3月9日与美国领事馆官员密会接近两小时。
除了公开鼓吹“港独”，黄台仰曾多次作出崇尚暴力的言论，去年九月曾公开鼓吹香港市民要发起“武装革命”，12月更“歌颂”在立法会垃圾桶爆炸案的犯案者是“义士”。他更多次参与激进行动，目前已至少五次被警方拘捕及起诉。
