North Korea's Kim Jong Un Makes First Appearance Since September 3 Posted: Updated: 
SEOUL, Oct 14 (Reuters) - North Korean leader Kim Jong Un visited a newly built residential district and a scientific establishment, state media reported early on Tuesday, his first public appearances since Sept. 3. The 31-year-old Kim's prolonged absence from public view had fueled speculation over his health as well as his grip on power in the secretive nuclear capable nation.
