难道日本J-PARC的质子LINAC不是180MeV，正准备升级至400MeV？

虽然不是很专业的人士，我可是去过那里好几次。按理说，詹文龙和徐瑚珊应该不会说这样的话的吧。或许是记者瞎说的。要么是有特殊的含义，譬如说超导的？

The J-PARC linac started beam commissioning in 2006 and has delivered beam to users since 2008. The linac has been operated with a beam energy of 181 MeV and a peak beam current of 15–20 mA, which corresponds to the RCS beam power of 300 kW. The beam power and availability were low due to an RFQ discharge problem in 2008. We had overcome the problem, and the beam power has been ramped up. A full energy (400 MeV) and higher peak beam current (50 mA) linac is required to reach the goal of J-PARC. For the beam energy upgrade, we installed a new accelerating structure ACS. A front-end is replaced to increase the peak beam current. The operation experiences and upgrade status are presented.
