the ping signal extortion by the time the satellite got the ping. They must establish a computer model to figure out the rate of signal extortion in terms of the angle with the satellite and do the deduction. There is no way to locate the source directly from the ping and make any circles. The ping basically is saying I am still alive at the time being. |
