I think the whole thing was a trap from Pakistan to  IAF, and IAF just foolishly fall in it. 

Pakistan PM said, we want to show India we are capable of defending us, not we want the war. 

on 27 of Feb 2019, PAF, send jets over to pass LOC into India controlled Kashmir, IAF at Srinagar base is 51 squadron, with only Mig 21 Bison. so they send Mig to intercept, PAF jets then turn around to go back to Pakistan side of LOC and wait IAF Mig to fall into the trap and shot it down in Pakistan side to show the world the capability of Pakistan with wreckage of Mig 21 and captured pilot as proof, 

IAF has no convincing proof for their claims what so ever. If IAF is as smart as PAF, why not IAF trap PAF then to shoot F16 down in India side?? save a lot of troubles. 

since Pakistan have achieved the purpose, no use to keep the pilot any longer, you can welcome him back tomorrow, wish him this luck next time again. 

the whole incident shows, India is a loser in all aspects, without any defense plan, no readiness against Pakistan, no brain at all. one example is your AWAC pilot left the transponder on all the time, to let PAF know where it was the full time. this shows IAF has no proper training at all for real war. 

this incident made me respect PAF more the same level to look down on IAF 

the good thing of this incident is to show the world, how good JF-17 is,
